  1.  HELP in general: Which help folder is made use of, depends on the
  2.  selected language. The help folder must carry one of these 
  3.  names: 
  4.  0 English - HELP_ENG
  5.  1 German - HELP_DEU
  6.  2 Francais - HELP_FRA
  7.  3 Italiano - HELP_ITA
  8.  4 Nederlands - HELP_NL
  9.  5 Swedish - HELP_SVE
  10.  6 Espanol - HELP_ESP
  11.  or 
  12.  7 Local - HELP_LOC
  13.  
  14.  If there is no help folder matching the current language the
  15.  program will make use of the English help files, if there is no
  16.  HELP_ENG folder, it will make use of the German version!

  18.  This file contains the 48 key words of the Help menu.
  19.  Words 00 through 15 refer to the Main Page
  20.  Words 16 through 31 refer to the Bank Manager
  21.  Words 32 through 47 refer to the Style Editor

  23.  Which help text is given is defined only be the digits in the
  24.  beginning of each file name of a help file. All help files must
  25.  carry the extension ".HLP", e.g. by selecting the fifth help menu
  26.  entry (which is actual number four), while in the Bank Manager, 
  27.  the program will look for a file "20*.HLP" where the "*" represents 
  28.  the file name. In case you do not want a help file being called up
  29.  for a certain entry, just change its name to " -- "!
  30.  
  31.  For the structure here is very simply, there is no "model message".
  32.  Just enter your keywords and press "Return" after each entry.
  33.  Leave one blank in the beginning and insert one at the end of the
  34.  longest title (so just add a blank at the end of each entry!). 
  35.  Do not use more than 20 characters (plus blank) for an entry! The 
  36.  digits in the beginning are being ignored by the program, but do
  37.  not remove them!
